Responsibilities

The Management Analyst will provides financial and/or accounting support to the Accounting, Budget, Financial Systems or Business Operations Departments, and other organization support elements and other activities.

 

They will be responsible in assisting in a variety of administrative, business and financial management activities, including, but not limited to cost and financial data analysis, workload forecasting and planning, reengineering initiatives, statistics and metrics.

 

There will also be duties that include impact analysis of financial, acquisition and other regulatory changes; coordination and review of command-wide activities and preparation of budget and financial reports.

 

This position will be utilizing Navy ERP to extract data necessary in performing management and financial analysis and report preparation.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience of Contract Management
  • 2+ years’ experience as administrative assistant
  • Active/Interim or Renewable DoD Secret Clearance
  • High School diploma or GED plus six (6) years’ experience OR Bachelors’ Degree

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience of Contract Management
  • 3+ years’ experience of Continuous Process Improvement
  • Business, Accounting, and Finance knowledge a plus
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to work as a team member yet also individually

 

Additional Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Active/Interim or Renewable DoD Secret Clearance
