    The Senior Management Analyst will be responsible in providing financial/accounting support to the activity Accounting, Budget, Financial Systems or Business Operations Departments, and other organization support elements and other activities. They will need to apply their knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods to gather, analyze, and evaluate information for managers and customers. The Management Analyst will draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedure efficiency, and resource requirements. Other duties may include work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analysis. 


    Basic Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience of Contract Management
    • 2+ years’ Continuous Process Improvement
    • Active/Interim or Renewable DoD Secret Clearance
    • High School diploma or GED plus six years’ experience OR Bachelors’ Degree


    Preferred Qualifications

    • 8+ years’ experience of Contract Management
    • 5+ years’ experience of Continuous Process Improvement
    • Active Secret Clearance
    • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
    • Ability to work as a team member yet also individually


    Additional Requirements:

    • U.S. Citizenship Required
    • Active/Interim or Renewable DoD Secret Clearance
