The HR Generalist will provide senior level support of the Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for various duties within the HR Department; such as Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Classification, Staffing and other HR related duties. In this role you will create and execute plans for action and milestones with minimal supervision. The HR Generalist will need the knowledge of the procedures of the Federal employee and Benefits polices and understanding retirement estimates and military deposits. They will also be responsible for heading up the Federal employee benefits programs, including Thrift Savings Plans. This individual will be working with HR personnel, business units, and the general public so they must have the ability to communicate effectively.
