Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage, plan, conduct and report status on organizational training programs.
  • Support the coordination of training events, to include scheduling with vendors, scheduling with managers and participants, coordinating facilities, documentation of training events, and electronic archiving of participation rosters.
  • Assist the training lead in developing annual and out-year training plans, to include identifying current and future training opportunities in the areas of Leadership, Business Management, Scientific & Engineering Methods, Industrial Sector/Commodity, Trade Skills and other relevant training courses
  • Provide onsite training to new employees on organizational systems and processes. 

Required Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree and 
    • 2+ years of experience creating and/or implementing Federal training, technical documentation or course development.
  • Six (6) years of directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills is vital.
  • ACTIVE Security Clearance REQUIRED (No Exceptions!)

 Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Military / Government Contracting background 

Security Requirements:

  • Applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a security clearance issued by the US Government.
