  • Perform Data Trend Analysis     
  • Collect data from multiple stakeholders and analyze the results to look for positive and negative trends. Flag unusual results for further analysis. Develop and report findings.
  • Develop projections of data trends to estimate future results. Develop multiple projection scenarios, recommend the best prediction methodology to use, and justify the selection.
  • Provide Program EVM Support  
  • Develop and update executive summary briefs. Collect data inputs and create one and two page executive summary slides showing multiple graphs and written status updates to support the management of suppliers.
  • Develop presentations for use in meetings and briefings
  • Create reports such as data results summaries in MS Word and generate MS Powerpoint summaries capturing the salient results for briefings. Reports are used to document progress towards meeting overall programmatic objectives.
  • Assist in managing meetings by preparing agendas, accurately documenting and recording meeting minutes for record keeping, and record and manage action items.
    • Track action items from creation of the item, follow-up with action item POCs to drive resolution, and archive action item resolution upon completion.


BS with 5 years of related experience or 10 years of related experience.

Strong MS Office skills 

Advanced Powerpoint and Infographics skills

Demonstrate the ability to analyze data
