Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct and obtain success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activity’s and agency’s needs. 
  • Responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans. 
  • Responsible for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach
  • Define and negotiate with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources. 
  • Must establish and control technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs.
  • Manages teams on contract support personnel at multiple locations.
  • Maintains and manages the customer interface at the senior levels of the customer organization
  • Develops and enforces work standards
  • Provides quality assurance, communicates goals, objectives, and policies.
  • Provides financial management and project administration
  • Supervises and directs staff on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline. 
  • Must have 5 years of program management experience with AEGIS
  • Has 10 years of DOD management experience
  • PMP certification preferred

Security Qualifications:

  • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance to start work.
  • Applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a security clearance issued by the US Government. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access
