  • Provide support and assistance in researching, planning, budgeting, maintaining, conducting, and executing production support.
  • Assist in the development of Flag presentations, pointpoint papers and talking points as required.
  • Provide additional production support additional production support to cover increased workload as additional ships are awarded.
  • Responsible for design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems.
  • Performs engineering design evaluations.
  • May develop a range of products.
  • Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures.
  • Knowledgeable of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in related field.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks. 
  • May lead and direct the work of others.


  • Must have a Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience OR
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of related experience
  • Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of DoD requirements, policies and procedures related to shipbuilding acquisition and contract management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Amphibious  Ship experience highly desirable.

Security Requirements:

  • DOD Clearance at the SECRET level REQUIRED.  
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a security clearance issued by the US Government. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening.
