Responsibilities

   What you'll be doing:

  • Work with internal customers to understand job requirements and create job specs.
  • Develop hiring strategies for key positions.
  • Identify best in class process to manage, social media, Icims applicant tracking, and out of the box recruiting strategies
  • Phone screen applicants and schedule in-person or business skype interviews with hiring managers.
  • Use excellent judgment to evaluate candidate’s skills and capabilities. Critical for Proposals and volume recruiting.
  • Maintain and track applicant process and report to all staff recruiting updates weekly.
  • Evaluating metrics for job sites/marketing performance

  What we are looking for:

  • Strong talent focus and ability to sort through applicant background, skills, interests, motivation and culture fit for the role/company.
  • Experience recruiting non-exempt and exempt employees, especially following Government contract standards and practices
  • Experience and results in identifying and attracting candidates in competitive environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.

         10% travel to various work sites and or recruiting locations is required.

  • A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
  • Familiarity with Icims recruiting/tracking system software is a plus.
  • Experience with Social Media and marketing to develop our Brand.
