    The Recruiter’s primary responsibilities are to develop and implement the recruiting strategy for T-Solutions, Inc. current contracts and new proposal efforts. To be successful in this role, you will need to foster long-term relationships with your candidates and hiring managers, create recruiting strategies, research industry and potential competition, and develop a strong network of passive candidates. The Recruiter must be able to demonstrate excellent recruiting techniques and innovative ideas to lead to overall success of the business. The candidate must have exceptional organization skills and strong sense of urgency in order to prioritize their time and meet tight deadlines. You will also need to ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, compensation guidelines and recruitment policies. Knowledge of the government contract industry is preferred.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Experience building and executing recruiting plans.
    • Experience with online sourcing and all other recruiting technology.
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
    • Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines.
    • Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multi task.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for current and upcoming contracts.
    • Update and track candidates during interview process and potential new tasking’s.
    • Track all recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and record all candidates and requisitions.
    • Maintain and create long term relationships with candidates, outside recruiters, colleges/universities, and other job placement agencies.
    • Take initiative to develop job descriptions with hiring managers by understanding required skills and background of the program, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company.
    • Manage social media platforms to include (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
    • Hand on experience with various selection processes (Phone interviewing, face-to-face interview, reference checks, etc.).
    • Familiarity operating HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMs preferred.
    • Experience following OFCCP regulations.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to the appropriate audience.
    • Knowledge of regulatory and professional guidelines; understands and is able to apply professional guidance and regulations (federal, state, local).
    • Ability to work as a contributing member in a team environment.
    • Strong decision-making skills.
