The Recruiter’s primary responsibilities are to develop and implement the recruiting strategy for T-Solutions, Inc. current contracts and new proposal efforts. To be successful in this role, you will need to foster long-term relationships with your candidates and hiring managers, create recruiting strategies, research industry and potential competition, and develop a strong network of passive candidates. The Recruiter must be able to demonstrate excellent recruiting techniques and innovative ideas to lead to overall success of the business. The candidate must have exceptional organization skills and strong sense of urgency in order to prioritize their time and meet tight deadlines. You will also need to ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, compensation guidelines and recruitment policies. Knowledge of the government contract industry is preferred.
