The primary function of this role is to routinely validate shipboard conditions through personal observation and evaluation. Overview
We are currently seeking candidates for a part-time Financial Systems Analyst to support the AEGIS Technical Representative (TECHREP) Professional Support Services Contract in Moorestown, NJ. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, operate, and maintain Integrated Digital Switching Network (ISDN) and IP end equipment, switches, conference equipment, card readers, balance magnetic switch, programmable logic controllers associated hardware and software, cable infrastructure, and base telephone system.
- Provide video and audio-conferencing system support.
- Provide asset management for ISDN, IP, Video Conferencing, Audio Conferencing, and voice communication equipment and infrastructure. Asset management shall include inventory and asset location documentation.
- Provide support for voice telecommunications, to include system administration, trouble calls, troubleshooting, and call accounting.
- Provide technical expertise in the support of installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all cable infrastructures.
Travel
- This position includes a low level of travel.
Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Associate degree in Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Two years of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes MS Windows 10, DISA STIGS, Cabling (Fiber Optic/Copper), Polycom/Cisco VTC Codec, AVAYA telecommunications or similar telephonic systems, VOIP, Cisco gateways, IP DECT technology, public address systems, and ISDN.
- Two years’ experience with cell phone and wireless device management to include device setup, configuration, software installation and configuration, PKI installation, and device inventory control. Relevant experience includes MS Windows 10, DISA STIGS, Cabling (Fiber Optic/Copper), Polycom/Cisco VTC Codec, AVAYA telecommunications or similar telephonic systems, Voice over IP (VOIP), Cisco gateways, IP DECT technology, public address systems, and ISDN.
- NOTE: Four years of directly related experience in network areas such as landlines, cell phones, voice, video, data, and wireless communications networks, demonstrated experience in planning, design, development, and modifications of existing or planned voice and data communications network systems and subsystems, demonstrated experience in technical administration of Audio/Visual systems that include projectors and digital signage systems, demonstrated experience with AVAYA telecommunication systems (land line and wireless), military unique telecommunications deployments, video teleconferencing (VTC) systems, fiber optic and copper infrastructures, and ISDN may substitute for the Associate degree.
- NOTE: A Bachelor’s degree will substitute for the two years of relevant experience requirement.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must have one of the following: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH.
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret security clearance is highly desired, however candidates who are eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance will be considered. If the selected candidate does not hold an active clearance, he/she will receive a contingent offer. A start date will be established once an interim Secret clearance is granted.

We are currently seeking candidates for a Director of Business Development reporting directly to the President. This position requires strong selling skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to bring value to customers and our technology partners and drive growth for the business. This individual will be held accountable for pipeline qualification, annual awards, customer meetings, and amount of submitted proposals.
