    Career Opportunity

    We are currently seeking a part-time Junior Recruiter to assist our corporate team in identifying, interviewing, and matching top talent with exciting career opportunities. Ideal candidates will be highly-motivated, innovative, resourceful, and willing to learn.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Sources for candidates using referral networks, job boards, social and professional networks, and existing applicant database
    • Conducts thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills, professional strengths, compensation expectations, and career goals
    • Guides candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding process
    • Partners with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and determine key requirements
    • Documents all interactions with candidates in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
    • Provides prompt and thorough feedback to candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
    • Coordinates and prepares candidates for interviews
    • Represents T-Solutions at various recruitment events as needed
    • Assists in other Human Resources duties as assigned

     

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
    • 1 to 3 years professional experience, preferably in Human Resources/Recruitment.
    • Experience using an Applicant Tracking Software (ATS)
    • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
